PROOFS

If you request to receive a digital print proof, you will receive a proof within 24 hours of placing your order. If Rush Service is used you will receive proof within 3 business hours. In the event, you don't like the proof you can tell us the changes required in your response and/or attach a new artwork file.

SHIPPING

We use the following UPS Services: Ground (4 - 7 business days), 3-day transit, 2-day transit, 1-day transit, and Saturday delivery if available in your area for shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking number which you can check at UPS Tracking. You may also log in to your account to retrieve your tracking number.

Bannerstore.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may contact our customer support. In the event that your banner needs to be replaced due to our mistake, your banner will be replaced and shipped to you overnight for no charge. Please read our return policy if you need to make a claim.

TURNAROUND

If a digital proof is requested, it is sent within 24 hours of the order placement and orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order approval. If "Rush Service" is requested the order is shipped the same day if the final proof is received before 12: pm and the following day if the final proof is received after 12:00 pm.

After receiving your personalized designs, we send an automatic confirmation email. You will receive a digital print proof via email within 24 hours of order placement. Simply respond to the proof email to begin the processing of your order. Once you approve the digital print proof, your order will be printed and shipped to you within 48 hours.

Same Day Print and Ship.

Choose this option if you want to expedite your Custom Banner order processing time. Orders approved for printing before 3 pm, will be printed and shipped the same day. Orders approved after 3 pm will be shipped the following day. If Same Day Print and Ship service is used, you receive proof of your artwork within 3 business hours from the time of placing your order. There is a fee for ordering Same Day Print and Ship Service.
