- Within 48 hours of approving your Banner Design PROOF, your order will be printed and on its way to you!
- For Rush production and same-day print and ship, you will need to approve your proof by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and your banner be printed and on the FedEx truck by 6:00 PM that same day!
- Standard orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx Ground. You can always upgrade your shipping to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, for an additional charge.
- All delivery estimates and production time are calculated from the time you approve your design proof to the day it reaches your door. While we have padded these estimates slightly, to allow for human error, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays once the product has left our facility.
- You can check your estimated shipping charges on the product page or the cart page before you place your order.
- You can track your order using the tracking number we will send you via email once it ships. You can also track your order production status and as well as shipment information by logging into your account.
Order Cancelation and Refunds.
- We never initiate the production process until we receive approval to print either on your account page in the proofs section or via email.
- Orders that don't require print proof go straight to production. Once the artwork is approved it goes straight to production and by then it can not be canceled.
- You can cancel your order at any time by giving a call or contacting us via email or chat Before you send us your approval to print.
Why we don't refund orders once we start producing our customer's printed products?
- We sell customized and personalized products, once the product is printed then it can not be restocked or resold. this is why we only start the production of your product when you send us your approval to print.
Order Returns and Replacement
You can return or replace and get a reprint of your product free of charge to your product in the following cases
- Damaged Hardware like banner stands, large displays, etc.
- Print Crease and scratches due to wrong packaging or mishandling on our part
